Fenice Villanyi Cuvée 2019
A classic Bordeaux-style cuvée of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Merlot and Cabernet Franc were harvested in mid-October 2019 from the Kopár vineyard, while the Cabernet Sauvignon was picked at the end of October from the Tenkes vineyard. The wines were fermented in stainless steel tanks and matured for 18 months in Hungarian oak barrels.
Tasting notes
The nose reveals ripe fruit aromas complemented by subtle oak nuances. On the palate, it is full-bodied with well-balanced acidity and refined tannins, offering both structure and elegance.
