This is a super-premium Cabernet Franc from the renowned Kopár vineyard in Villány. It was matured for 24 months in Flexcubes, using medium-toasted French oak, which contributed to its depth and character.
Tasting notes
The wine offers a complex bouquet of woody aromas and dark fruits, enriched by empyreumatic notes of chocolate and smoke. Balsamic hints of incense and camphor lend an additional layer of complexity, while subtle touches of leather and mushroom suggest graceful evolution. On the palate, it presents a refined structure, balancing fresh acidity with suppleness and finesse, all underscored by an elegant minerality.
This wine shows great ageing potential and pairs beautifully with red meats or game.
