Villányi Franc Premium 2017
The Cabernet franc was harvested from the Kopár vineyard in mid-October. It was fermented in a steel tank and kept on lees for 10 days, then matured in French and Hungarian medium toasted oak barrels 20 months.
A full-bodied, concentrated wine with an incredible wealth of aroma and depth of flavour. Red berries and the aromas of overripe fruit appear in its bouquet. Fruits, spices and elegant barrel notes are determining elements of its flavour. Soft, long and elegant aftertaste
Wine has awarded by Gold Medal in Villany wine competition in 2022 and Gold medal also in International Cabernet franc competition in California 2023.
